Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Hologram Zoo Melbourne, located at Lower Level, Ringwood Square, Ringwood, Victoria 3134 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
   The promotion opens at 10.00am on Saturday 4 July 2026 and closes at 5.00pm on Sunday 5 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase an eligible Hologram Zoo Melbourne admission ticket during the Promotion Period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
   Each paid admission ticket booked for, or purchased and attended during, the One Wild Year Birthday Celebration Weekend receives one entry into the Birthday Draw.

Entries are allocated to the name and contact details of the person who made the booking or purchase.
There is no additional charge to enter the Birthday Draw beyond the cost of an eligible admission ticket.

5. Bonus Entries
   An eligible booking that includes a paid Dinosaur Upgrade receives one additional bonus entry per paid Dinosaur Upgrade purchased.

No other upgrade, discount, free ticket, complimentary ticket, prize or offer automatically receives a bonus entry unless expressly stated by the Promoter in writing.

6. Prizes
   The prizes are:

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Party-package prizes must be booked within 12 months of the draw date and are subject to availability. Any costs not expressly included in a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Draw Details
   The Birthday Draw will take place at Hologram Zoo Melbourne, Lower Level Charter Street, Ringwood Square, Ringwood, Victoria 3134 at 5:00pm on Monday 6th July, 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a random draw method. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

8. Winner Notification
   Winners will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address attached to the eligible booking or purchase within two business days of the draw.

The Promoter may also publish the first name and suburb of winners on Hologram Zoo Melbourne’s website and social-media channels.

9. Claiming Prizes
   Winners must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange prize collection or booking.

Winners will not incur any cost to claim a prize, other than any trivial cost such as responding to a phone call or email.

10. If a Winner Cannot Be Contacted
    If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond within 14 days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

Any redraw will take place at Hologram Zoo Melbourne at 5:00pm on Monday 20th July, 2026. The replacement winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

11. Hourly Lucky Door Prizes
    Hourly Lucky Door Prizes are separate from the Birthday Draw.

One Lucky Door Ticket will be issued per family or booking at check-in. Winners of Hourly Lucky Door Prizes must be present at Hologram Zoo Melbourne at the time of the draw to claim the prize. If a winner is not present or does not claim the prize within 30 minutes, the Promoter may redraw.

12. Hologram Cameo Activity
    The “Star in Your Own Hologram Show” activity is subject to available capacity, operational requirements and staff direction. Participation does not guarantee a specific cameo time, appearance duration or recording outcome.

Children participating in photo, video or hologram-cameo activities must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

13. Personal Information
    Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used only to administer the promotion, contact winners, arrange prizes, and for any other purpose that entrants have expressly consented to.
14. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, acts fraudulently, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or breaches these terms and conditions.

The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including safety concerns, technical failures, weather events, venue restrictions or other unforeseen operational issues.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
