By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Your booking is confirmed only once we receive the required deposit of $100
- The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date.
- Provisional bookings without payment may be released if not confirmed in time.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a refund (minus the deposit).
- Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit all payments.
- Where possible, we will try to reschedule your party to a new date.
3. Changes to Booking
- Changes to date, time, or package are subject to availability.
- Additional guests may incur extra charges.
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days before your party.
4. Guest Numbers & Supervision
- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- The maximum group size for your package will be advised at booking.
- Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in reduced experience time.
5. Venue Rules
- No outside food or drink is allowed unless agreed in advance.
- Please follow staff instructions for everyone’s safety.
- Any damage to property caused by your group may be charged to the booking party.
6. Liability & Safety
- Hologram Zoo takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment.
- Guests participate at their own risk; we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
- Emergency procedures must be followed at all times.
7. Photography & Media
- You are welcome to take personal photos and videos unless otherwise advised.
- With your consent, Hologram Zoo may take photos for promotional use.
8. Privacy
- Personal details are collected only for managing your booking and event.
- Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Force Majeure
- If your party cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outage, extreme weather, government restrictions), we will offer to reschedule or provide a credit.
