1. General Refund Policy
We are unable to process refunds for change of mind purchases, in line with our policies. However, under Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”), you are entitled to a refund or other remedy if the product or service does not meet the guarantees outlined in the ACL, such as if the service is faulty, not as described, or does not match the advertised description. These issues must be raised promptly, and refunds will be processed in accordance with ACL standards.
2. Online Ticket Purchases
· Change of Mind: Online ticket purchases are non-refundable if you change your mind.
· Inability to Attend: If you are unable to attend your booking at the agreed date/time, we can offer you an alternative solution such as:
· A rescheduled booking for a different date/time (subject to availability).
· A voucher for use at a later date. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
3. Non-refundable Deposits:
Deposits for birthday party bookings or booking out the centre are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations by Us:
If for any reason we need to cancel your booking (such as store closure, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure), you will be offered either:
· A full refund, or
· The option to reschedule your booking at no extra cost.
As per ACL, if a service or booking cannot be provided, you are entitled to a full refund.
