Paramount Inclusion Services works with participants to develop practical workplace skills through personalised support, training, resume and cover letter guidance, employment preparation, and real-world experience. Their approach is hands-on, encouraging and focused on helping people take positive steps toward meaningful employment.
We’ve been delighted to welcome Paramount participants to Hologram Zoo as part of their skill-building experiences. From practising customer service and using the register to helping with café-style tasks and general workplace routines, these real-world opportunities can make a genuine difference in building confidence and independence.
