It all begins in our cosy theatre, where you’ll meet Holi the cat — our curious guide — and learn a bit about the mysterious polar caps. After a quick, fun instructional video, you’ll head over to our glowing green neon dinosaur (yes, really!) to collect your polarised hologram glasses. They’re super lightweight, comfy, and designed to fit right over your regular glasses — so everyone gets a front-row view.
Then it’s time to explore! You’ll journey through five laps of Arctic amazement, experiencing 20 different encounters — from majestic polar bears to underwater giants. It’s an immersive, walk-through adventure like nothing you’ve ever seen.
